The surface must be perfectly smooth, firm and level, not sloping in any way. Special attention must be paid to the stability and leveling of your pool when you start filling it. If, after a few centimetres, the water accumulates on one side of the pool and does not spread evenly, stop filling it, empty it and choose a new place to install the pool. If you install the pool on uneven ground, even if the pool is very small, it will tilt and the water could overflow, which can cause injuries or property damage.

Yes, it can. The electrical part meets the IPX5 water protection rating.

The hot tub can be temporarily exposed to direct sunlight, but should not be exposed to it for long periods of time. We recommend placing the hot tub under an umbrella, gazebo, awning, pergola or other shade to avoid deforming the inflatable part of the spa tub. The spa is equipped with a pressure release valve that automatically releases some air if necessary.

No, the pool must be placed on level, firm and stable ground. If the pool is built on uneven ground, water will gather on one side, which can cause the frame to become unstable, collapse and risk property damage or injury.

The water capacity of INTEX pools is indicated in the user manual and on the product packaging. It is generally recommended not to exceed 80% of the stated capacity.

It is made of three separate layers of PVC for extra strength and durability. The two outer layers of PVC have high strength, with a laminated polyester mesh in the middle to reinforce this durability.

The INTEX EASY SET pool can be installed on grass, compact soil or concrete as long as the surface is flat, smooth and firm. To protect the bottom of your pool, always use an earth pad or tarpaulin. The pool MUST NOT be installed on sand, clay or unstable surfaces. DO NOT install your pool on wooden planks, balconies or elevated platforms.
